What type of connector is this thing?  I found it in my junk box.

Might be an ESD grounding pad connector?

That was kind of my guess.  I just need a snap in wrist band.  I think?

Does anybody else venture to guess?

Ground connector for an ESD mat, with banana sockets for wrist strap cords.
