Agilent 34410A without LXI
« on: May 08, 2024, 10:27:36 pm »
Hello, some time ago, I bought an Agilent 34410A from an auction site. I was just playing with it, scrolling through the menus, measuring some values, and saw some weird thing. Although it has an RJ-45 LAN connector, the LXI marking above it is whithened, and there is also no LXI logo on the front panel. You can see that in the attached pictures. I haven't tested the network functionality yet, but from my judging, it's some kind of early model (because all the other 34410As I've ever seen had the LXI logo). What does that mean for me from the perspective of network capabilities as a hobbyist?
