Title: CPU die test rig based on CPS 4090µ+ with cold/hot chucks, Celadon VersaCore?

If anyone here (hell, even Dave himself or the CPS/Electroglas guys) have experience here, would be lovely. Lead time and cost estimates for such a rig with 240VAC input and climate control appreciated. Cleanroom reqs (ISO 3 good enough for probing a 14~28nm FinFET 200mm wafer?), oscilloscope and logging device/PC/server recommendations would be great too.
