Hi All,
I had a bargain offer for a Datron 1071.
Its not that i need it but i am interested in those "old" instruments, so i took it.
According to the date codes on the parts its from 1988, dont know when it was calibrated last time but there are no stickers on it.
Unfortunately it is Voltage only, no resistance or current option installed.
Best thing is the perfect looking bright display.
Hooked it up to my 5v reference and it looks pretty good, although not as good as my Schlumberger ;)
The Datron computes +/- 28 ppm for uncertainty...

That's a nice evenly lit Panaplex display, it's the only potential issue with second-hand Datrons of that generation because it's custom. :-+
