Advantest R3267 no signal peaks

I was using this unit to check cal signal of another SA i used it's own cal signal first saw a good peak it worked fine then i went to hook it to the other unit and inadvertently hooked it to the input instead of cal signal port and it never read another signal after that. I tested the attenuation and YIG both are good then the signal goes into the RF front-end module traced it with green dots shown and i last see it  where shown with a red dot but from there i can not find it any where else, does anyone know where it would go from there or where to look for the damage? If that device is a diode i get .154 to ground from that trace both ways probes swapped. Thanks
