TEK DG2020A Schematics
« on: January 31, 2023, 08:11:13 pm »
Hi team, I have a dead DG2020A Data Generator , Ive given up with the power supply [dead] and used separate supplies , however I now have clock errors. I don't want to brick the unit its in a good state and boots OK. Has anyone got any circuit diagrams please, I have all the manuals that are online [Also circuit diagrams for pods as it didn't come with any].

Many thanks,

As far as I know, the schematics were never published. I would be delighted to be proven wrong!

Here's what's inside the P3420 variable output pod:

Thanks for the images.

The system is now working, the main crystal was dead on the A30 clock board and after using external power supplies the 2 volts was pulling more current than i realised so after beefing this up all was well. Just need to purchase a cheap pod or get diagrams or it but thats not really possible so may end up being one of those pieces of test equipment you never use.
