Difference between the HP 6034A and the 6034L Power Supplies

I have a HP 6034L but have been unable to find any documentation on what makes this different from the "A" model.  Physically, the only difference i can see is that it has an additional two connection terminal strip on the rear with the terminals marked "OV" and "A3" but I have not been able to find anything about this model.
