This will get you banned quickly. There is no buzzer in this meter.

So, how can ensure two both ends of the wire is connected.

Set 2000 Ohm range and look on the display. Buzzer function does not tell that connection is good. Beeping indicates that resistance is lower than about a few tens of ohms (threshold somewhat varies in different meters). It's just a function to make finding connections easier, so you can do the job faster without looking on the display every time.
