| DMM other than Flukes that chirp on diode/transistor test? |

The Keysights do a short beep between 0.2V and 0.7V. Anything below 0.1V beeps continuously. Between 0.1 and 0.2V it does not produce a beep. But I missed the OP's requirement of ~$100 |

Just don't want to have to look up when testing for a good diode junction. I have the Uni-T UT161B on order from Amazon. If it doesn't have this feature I can easily return it but as someone said above, it appears the B supports this as well. |

Good Morning JayJr., I'm a bit late to the dance, but I just now checked my Uni-T UT890C and it beeps on diode test. And only $22 on Amazon. :-/O |

Does the EEVblog BM235 have this feature? |

I think I might have a go at making an app or script for my DMM6500 to do this, as I really like the Fluke method of a short beep for a diode, long for a short. The default diode test mode has adjustable threshold levels etc but has a continuous beep (of an oddly low frequency, but again I think this can be set in the app/script). Not <$100 though! |
