Anyone know of any other meters that chirp/beep while testing a good diode? Maybe small but I find this to be almost an essential feature. Looking around the $100 mark. |

Uni-t UT161E Open circuit voltage: About 3V For normal diodes, the buzzer will beep once. For short circuit, the buzzer will beep for a long time. https://www.batronix.com/shop/multimeter/UNI-T-UT161E.html |

The 12 dollar Habotest will do it too. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002120506363.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.6660717a2PKyqX&algo_pvid=8c9df496-1efb-42e7-84d0-78a4295b2652&algo_expid=8c9df496-1efb-42e7-84d0-78a4295b2652-43&btsid=0bb0622e16180674152842839e8df2&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_ |

Then I noticed you said 161E. Thanks for the recommendation. Do you think the new UT61B+ will support that as well? It's just a 6000 count vs 22000 |

Would prefer autoranging. |
