Can You say how to find silicone bumper for discontinued DMM?
Some universal gear will be ok too
Is a way to make one DIY?

I looked in my crystal ball but I can't see the exact brand/model of your DMM from here, you're blocking the view. Can you move a bit to the left?

And yes you have plenty DIY tutorials,   search youtube about sillicon molding, you should do some of you own search before requesting ....

I think they are cold silicone molded, something that can be done with 3D printed molds if you're so interested.
