I've seen replacement LCDs on AliExpress, for example, but can't say anything about the quality:

Since on the second link you have the Innolux part number  try to search on other sites .....  maybe you could find one  less pricey ??

You might want to open up the scope and look at the part number on the original display you have too. There is a possibility there may be multiple hardware revisions and it is not guaranteed they all use the same display.
