That's some sort of robotic aggregation site.

It says, "Last Value Update: 08/11/2018", ie. they probably never even sold one.

I recommended the Peaktech 6225 to someone without strict requirements and just needed some bench power to test a few things (model trains). It's cosy, but many people looking for a lab supply dislike switchmodes.

The GW Instek GPP-4323 is also a very versatile unit for it's size, but it does weigh 7.5kg and is a bit costly for beginners. It also measures itself very good, which is not always the case with lab supplies.
