DP100 PD-Power Supply 100Watt [0-30.00V / 0-5.000A) [∼50$]
Phil1977:
Maybe the VBUS is not directly routed from the plug to the chip - I do not know if the chip needs it to do the negotiation or if its just connected to CC1 and just does the "paperwork". I´ll have a look this weekend.
Phil1977:
Good news: While the DP100 is powered by non-managed 30V DC, the maximum voltage on the CH224K VBUS pin is 10V, VDD is around 2V. It seems that the device only powers this chip if it initializes the power delivery.

I just make fast search about good load switch ITS428L2. Seems that be good candiate for that job. It is have all protections inside is, maybe t will not need PCB if can handle load current.

As I tried figured out that if my DP100 have that undershoot issue time ago I tested it with USB-C charger and my portable OWON hds2202s and there didn't have such problem as I remmeber, but maybe need to test it again.
caind:
The ITS428L2 needs at least 4.75 V. You certainly don't want to use the DP100 for output voltages ≥ 4.75 V only...
Evi:
Just received one.
I could not reproduce Power OFF anomaly at all in all combinations.
