Any one else get this problem on their scope?
When I view a signal and go from 100V range to 50 V range it skips back to the 100V range and the measurements are not accurate at all. If you look at the photos you can see on one the range is set to 100V the other is set to 50V. The waves on the display are identical. The 50V one should be zoomed in. The voltage measurement is way off too. This happens when I switch to other ranges too.
I am wondering if it's broken or is there a setting I missed.
Thanks for the help.

Hello,
try the blue channel (ch2). Is this the same behavior?
Set the probe to 1:1 and connect to the Compensation Signal Output Terminal at the right side and try with 5V/div and 10V/div.
Look it like my pictures?
Best regards

Hello,
+1 with egonotto's suggestion. You can also perform a calibration (system menu).

You didn't specify the firmware that's running on your scope. Since it's an "A" version, it couldn't be one of the very early ones, but anyway, if it's not a current one, you may consider an update, followed by an automatic calibration? Current firmware is 03.06 (https://supportcn.rigol.com/File/ProductSoftWare/20190130/DS2000(DSP)update.rar).
