Software for Hantek6074BC

I have bought a Hantek6074BC and I wasn't able to connect it to the Digital Scope software. When starting the Digital Scope I get a popup with the message "The device is not connected!", I have attached a screenshot.
Under File->Connect I was able to choose USB since I have connected it the DSO through USB. But no luck. 
Maybe someone could point me to the right direction about what I'm doing wrong...

is the peripheral drivers are installed  if it needs them,  in device manager of windows  do you see some errors related to that ?

Windows lists the DSO in the device manager as attached in the screenshot.
