Help on buying owon XDS3104E worth it ? 8bit or crap

My friends thanks for letting me be here again, need some help I was about to get my 4 channel oscilloscope 100mhz from owon. XDS3104E but something making me think about it is it's 8bit vertical resolution. I also sent an email to owon asking the following. As I had into my mind Rigols DS1104Z and UNI-T ultra phospor UPO2104CS.


Email sent to owon, I was also thinking on buying lab supply from owon ODP3063 , what do you think?

 Does owon XDS3104E have the same technology displaying waveforms with multi level gradient like rigol ?

What about Realtime  waveform  Record,Replay, function ?

What's the maximum bandwidth analog? and sample points

can you please detail more information about realtime waveform record ? editing ? is that possible?.

  Last I need if you can please confirm the following lab power supply ODP3063 is linear supply. If it does show the amperage consumption on display for detecting shorts in circuits. Has Shortcircuit protection. 
   While you use total amps in parallel (you can use 12 Amps in total right?)  you still have short circuit protection, and can you see the amperage consumption being consumed by a circuit on display in realtime?

Real Time Waveform Record and replay does it have that functionality (up to how many frames  ?.
