E3633A no +15V rail ....

Just a sanity check here...

     I checked a E3633A and the display show big values (22.12VDC and 22.12Amp)  and 0V output.

+17.4V and -17.4V are present
-15V is present
+15V is missing
V2 is missing (down from the +15V trough CR45)

I took CR9 BZX84 C2V4 (2.4V)
10V   trough 10k - CR9  1.4V drop
10V   trough 1k - CR9  8.4V drop

CR45 (6.81V) tested in place it is not short.

I guess that CR9 one is broken... any parts down stream that could kill that part ? U25 U28 U35 U41 I ordered since I saw it in the forums here. 
The +15V bus is about 250kOhm to ground... I was expecting a short if one of the devices on the +15V / -15V rails would have been defective....
