EasyScope 3.0 XP and ATTEN ADS1102CAL+ USBTMC driver problem

I have problem with installation EasyScope 3.0 XP version USBTMC drivers. Windows found New USB device ADS1102CAL+. After installed USB drivers from CD ROM drives  windows don't install it. I'm downloads USB drivers from ATTEN.com.cn and have same problem.
Need help how installed this driver.
