How to obtain English version without paying?

Edit the set.ini file.    delete ZH and replace with EN (Language=EN)

This worked fine on all versions some years ago on XP and should be OK with Win 7.
I am not sure if this supports other languages, lets hope some users might post more than EN= English and ZH= Chinese.
