Just got my 1202x couple days ago and having fun making friends with this little device. It came with a CD that contained easyStepx and thought I would check that out. installed the net framework and installed the program, set I/O to USBTMC, but in the software, it does not seem to see the scope. I am sure the cable is plugged into min Win 10 machine because the doorbell chimes when I turn the scope on. When I select Add Device, USBTMC, and refresh, nothing happens. Is there something else I need to do to recognize the scope in this software?
I did a search before posting this question, but didn't see anything relevant to this issue.

Welcome to the forum.
You need also have NIVISA installed before connecting to the DSO.
Mention of this is in the EasyScope install instructions.
What you may have now is your OS has installed a generic USB driver so you need reassign to the one NIVISA provides.
Attached is a (probably now out of date) guide but it should help to point you in the right direction.
