Extech calibration/adjustment procedure?

Just got a new Nist calibrated fluke 87 and was comparing to my ex520 and ex410. The 520 is close at 410 is off. Could not find the calibration procedure on extech website. Not in user manual. I did send an email to tech support. See if they reply. So anyways does anyone know what the different trim pots do? Has vr1 to vr5.

Turned some pots so this what i came up with FOR THE EX410.

VR1 IS DC VOLTS
VR5 IS AC VOLTS
VR2 TEMPERATURE IN C
VR3 TEMPERATURE IN C
VR2 AND VR3 work together. Used ice water and boiling water and adjusted both till got 0 C and 100 C
VR4 TEMPERATURE IN F
VR4 is adjusted after vr2 and vr3.

Well I was almost correct. 

EX410 CALIBRATION ADJUSTMENTS
NOTE: To perform the following adjustments, the same equipment is required as indicated in
Section: 2.0.
4.1.0 VAC Adjustment
4.1.1 Apply 1.000VAC into the input sockets of the EX410.
NOTE: The display should indicate “1.000VAC”.
4.1.2 Adjust VR5 for course adjustment until the UUT displays a reading of 1.000VAC.
4.1.3 Adjust VR1 for fine adjust until the display reads 1.000VAC.
4.2.0 Temperature Adjustment
4.2.1 Using a Type K thermocouple wire and a banana to mini spade adapter input 25.0°C into
the input sockets of the EX410.
NOTE: The display should indicate “25.0°C”.
4.2.2 Adjust VR2 until the UUT displays a reading of 25.0°C.
4.2.3 Apply 750°C into the input sockets of the EX410.
NOTE: The display should indicate “750°C”.
4.2.4 Adjust VR3 until the display reads 750°C.
4.2.5 Apply 100°C into the EX410 input sockets.
4.2.6 Adjust VR4 until the display reads 100°C

Are these instructions cut and paste from Extech tech support or some manual?  They obviously mean coarse, not course.

Is there no adjustment for DCV?

Cut and paste from pdf manual from Extech tech support.
I'm going to recheck this for dcv.  Pretty sure the only one the affected vac was vr5 and vdc vr1

Not sure how to generate 750 C stable best I can do is 500 c.

EX520 CALIBRATION ADJUSTMENTS

4.1.0 mV DC Adjustment
4.1.1 Set the EX520 to mV DC mode.
4.1.2 Input 100.0 mV DC to the input sockets of the EX520.
NOTE: The display should indicate “100.00mV.”
4.1.3 Adjust VR2 until you have a reading of 100.0mVDC.
4.2.0 V AC Adjustment
4.2.1 Set the EX520 to V AC mode.
4.2.2 Input 1.000 V AC to the input sockets of the EX520.
NOTE: The display should indicate “1.000V AC ”.
4.2.3 Adjust VR1 until the UUT displays a reading of 1.000V AC .
4.3.0 Capacitance Adjustment
4.3.1 Set the EX520 to Capacitance.
4.3.2 Input 97.6 nF to the input sockets of the EX520.
4.3.3 Adjust VR6 until the UUT displays a reading of 97.6 nF.
4.3.4 Input 100 µF to the input sockets of the EX520.
4.3.5 Adjust VR 5 until the UUT displays 100.0 µF.
4.4.0 Type K Temperature Adjustment
4.4.1 Using a Type K thermocouple wire input 25.0°C into the input sockets of the EX530.
NOTE: The display should indicate “25.0°C”.
4.4.2 Adjust VR3 until the UUT displays a reading of 25.0°C.
4.4.3 Input 77°F to the input sockets of the UUT.
NOTE: Verify the display indicates “77°F”.
4.4.4 Switch the rotation switch of the EX520 to °F.
4.4.5 Using banana to banana test leads input 1350°F into the EX520 input sockets.
NOTE: The display should indicate “1350°F”.
4.4.6 Adjust VR4 until the display reads 1350°F.

Can you provide the "calibration procedures" for an Extech 22-816 True RMS Multimeter? In particular the appropriate variable resistor to adjust to calibrate the VDC and VAC readings for the meter. Thank you in advance.
