It's in the message just previous to yours.  Don't forget to also add "FREESHIP" for free shipping (orders over $100 I think).  A while back they didn't allow codes to stack, but looks like they do now.

     I got the discount and free shipping last month.  I requested a quote via email and received it with the discounts applied.  This eliminated all the doubts and drama.
     I also requested the discount from two other US online retailers.  One never responded.  The other gave me a choice between free shipping and the eevblog discount and free shipping would have been more valuable.

This thread is specifically about (small) discounts at Tequipment, a US vendor. To my knowledge there are currently no Rigol discounts in Europe.

I recommend that you wait with your purchase a bit. Next week Siglent is expected to launch their SDS804X HD, a direct competitor to the Rigol (also price-wise), and a more serious scope in many respects. Do a bit of homework and check whether the Siglent isn't the better scope for you. And even if you stay with the Rigol, I would not be surprised if Rigol responds to the new competition with some discounts or free upgrades for their entry-level 12 bit scopes.

Edit: Also, a few people who bought the Rigol last year might decide to switch to Siglent and will sell their DHO8x4.
