Lights would have to be converted to pure DC driven LEDs There is another level below, but I suspect that might have metal shielding inbetween like the roof does. The concrete on the side is physical earth soil as it's underground. |

A TEM cell is cheaper / less work and you can create very strong electric fields inside with relatively little power. Nice for testing immunity. I'm planning on building a reasonably sized TEM cell myself in the next couple of months. |

IIRC AVX had something like this, Ron Demcko really talked up the software side of it, might talk to them. |
