Elavi 5 Multimeter

Hello!
I have this multimeter, but the readings are low and at resistance measurment the scalle cannot reach 0 though battery has 1.5V
Does anywhone have schematic for it or anything else that would help?

Looks like movement is bad.
Meter suplies 250uA at full scale, but movement takes 400uA for full scale.
Is there any way of repairing it?

Thanks, i now at least have some specs, thoug cant find anything pointing that is in production.
I forgot to mention that some resistor on voltage divider wasnt connected-unsoldered and i cant see any diode protection(its shown on scale) on meter except diodes for AC.
