ELC - AL991S - PSU, BENCH, PROGRAMMABLE

Is theELC - AL991S - PSU, BENCH, PROGRAMMABLE power supply any good
Need + - voltage for opamp projects

Can please help our in choosing a decent bench power supply that does what it says on the tin the above price point. Your help will be appriated.

I've got one of those in very good condition for £50 plus shipping if you want it. Don't know where you are though...
