Hi!
First of all we should exactly understand what is the meaning of "overshoot".
There are only one overshoot is mentioned in the manual. No any "undershoot" but only "no high-voltage".
Is undershoot also considered here as an overshoot?
I'm inclined to believe that the more common fault may be a high-voltage undershoot.
In any case begin from an internal inspection. High voltage usually leaves traces...
PS
Have you controlled the surge waveform?
