While working on a TDS540B, I noticed that the A/D converters have 100 leads. The 520B schematics (which are really for the 540B as they have four A/D converters) show that the lead count for the converters is supposed to be 160. This is the first time I've had a 540B on my bench since the schematics were leaked, so I've never had the opportunity to compare the them.
Weird. Has anybody ever noticed this, or seen a 520B/540B with 160 leads on the converters?
