Title: FeelTech FY6900 (250 MSa/s 14-bits) versus JunTek JDS6600 (200 MSa/s 12-bits)

The FeelTech FY6900 seems to be the better choice of both options!

Or are there specific reasons why one would lean towards the JunTek JDS6600 instead (besides a lower price)?

I had a FY6900 60Mhz, which sold it and bought a FY6900 20Mhz, it is not worth spending on a 60Mhz, it is for hobby these like the jds6600, if it is for serious work I would personally go for rigol, siglent. The fy6900 Mhz works for me because I use it for hobby in electronics and arduino.
