Advice please, used 34401a

This seller https://www.ebay.com/itm/325250068326
sells a Standex-Meder SHV05-1A85-78L3K with a coil resistor as a replacement for the stock relay. I couldn't find any information about the Standex-Meder SHV05-1A85-78L3K having low thermal EMF. Am I missing something?

The description states its not a low thermal EMF type, but a 34401 (no idea how many if not just the one unit) with this relay mod passed adjustment & cal.

I know this is a stale thread, but there is mention here of enabling hidden menus/features on a 34401A - How does one do this? (I have a 10-5-3 version - I upraded the display board with one of the last genuine Agilent/KS boards available - so I have a bright new VFD.
