Title: Fitting a R&S SMIQ06L with a display

Hi!

Anyone ever opened up a SMIQ06L?
This is one of the display-less variants of these nice 6GHz generators.

Looking at some ebay listings, it seems to me, the CMD57 shares the same display unit.
So buying a SMIQ06L and a CMD57 could be an interesting score...

The question is, will the display fit and will the firmware recognize the display...

Dont know where the differences between the L and ATE variants are.
