Hi.
I have tried to 'full backup' my Flir E4, prior to apply the 'upgrade'. The backup process takes some time and then it tells me 400 files have been unable to be copied, probably because they were in use.
May I consider the backup has been succesful or not ? :-/ If not, what can I do to achieve a successful backup ?
By the way, do I need to turn ON the E4 to be detected by TiConfig or is it enough to plug it on the USB ? (i had to turn it on to be detected by TiConfig).
If I use Filezilla to backup the files using FTP I can save 200 files; the transfer fails on 17 files.
How do I know I am performing a true full backup ?
