This is on the rear of the meter, image taken from a tabao seller.

Can anyone translate all the Chinese characters written on it? Thank you.

For reference the 107 has the same markings plus additional information/warnings about the current range, fuse and min interrupt rating

My 101, bought in Malaysia, doesn't mention the country of manufacture:

Yes, plus its marked CSA and KCC. I noticed this in a review from a member from India but other owners with Chinese characters version have no 3rd party safety testing mark, just the "CE" mark.

Also the Fluke version of the 101 datasheet for Malaysia or India make no mention of CSA or KCC safety certification.

Correction. The 101 and several other Chinese made not sold in US DMMs such as 15b, 17b etc., have CSA listings.
