Does anyone know where I can get dual rail power supply for around £100. I have seen a linear power supply on maplins website looking for something that can give + - 12v
To power op amps etc.
Any good:

That one looks to be a single supply, not dual output. And FAR more current than you need for typical opamp circuits, with no current limiting circuit to dial it down. That looks like it is intended for servicing car stereo gear and the like, high current 12V stuff.
For a bench supply for opamp prototyping, you want something more like this:

You're in luck.
Topward Electric Instruments TPS-4000 Dual Tracking 0-30v 0-3a DC Power Supply
Thurlby PL310 K1 Module. (274)
Farnell stabilised power supply L30AT AC/DC Power Supply
All 3 are dual output @ 30V each (tracking capable, which is what you'll need),
not
listed as "parts" units, and sellers have a return policy.
Hope this helps.
