[Found] Fluke 123 firmware update tool v2.03

Hello friends,
I am looking for v2.03 or highner version (if released) firmware of 123 scopemeter.
Fluke offer as a free of charge, but... Do not send 
They ask me to have a RMA registration, but to complete registration i need a VAT number. I am a private person and do not have a VAT number of course... So absolutely non sens.
In my country not service center of Fluke too...
So, i hope to get help here.

I found a firmware update tool in... open server  of their distributor
Software, firmware update tools... all for free

Like you I'm in a country where there's no Fluke service center, and shipping a working instrument back just for a firmware flash is out of the question - I recently acquired a used 123 and Fluke in the US provided the firmware flash and instructions - all I had to do was ask nicely and explain that shipping it to them was out of the question.  I had the RS232 cable and a Windows 7 system with an old style RS232 port (they recommend you don't use USB-RS232 adapters), so all I needed was the software.

Be aware, there are at least two and possibly three different hardware versions, you need to know what you have in order to get the correct firmware.

OK, i bought a cable and flash my scope.
In Windows XP SP3, flash tool not worked for me (report that reading data from scopemeter lost).
I flash my scope under Windows 7 SP1 without any problem.
So, you must set com port of cable between port 5 and 8. I set port to 8 with speed of 19200 bits per second (settings attached).
Picture attached.
Now my scopemeter has a firmware 2.03.
Be careful, this is only flash scopemeters with firmware v2.xx
Do not flash scopemeters with firmware 1.xx!!!

I had v1.08 ,FYI.
Do not try it if you are using v2.xx firmware.
