I have Fluke TL221 leads and they can be used with a whole slew of ends--the Fluke slim-probes, the TP175E twist-guard probes, the excellent Probemaster test hooks and banana-to-alligator clips that I have a bunch of from Scopemeters. They can also take those Pomona long-nosed alligator jaw things for electrical panel work, but not to likely to need those on a bench meter. Probemaster stuff is also nice, but their equivalent test leads have a retractable sheath that is handy in that it will fit ancient DMMs, but I don't think they're as nice otherwise.
