Fluke 177 issue.

I was recently adding a display to an LS SV-iG5A inverter, wanting to use the 0-10v analogue output, when testing the output with my fluke 177 meter, it showed nothing, like 0.07v flicker whereas my co workers 115 meter and my own T5-600 tester both showed the output fine. Anyone able to explain this for me, so I have a point to ask for a new meter?
