I bought a new digital multimeter with not famous brand OUBEL model number : LT98C Pro
I searched and can't find any information about this manufacturer.
Finally I understood this is rebranded multimeter and original manufacturer is HONEYTEK and original model number is HK68C.
I continued to search and found several rebranded of this model.
Honeytek HK68C
Digitech QM1321
Powertech QM1321
Oubel LT98C Pro
EVENTEK ET680
OUTEST HK68A
Malmbergs HK68A
Some with USB output and some without.
I was teardown it
It equipped with DM1106EN Chip.
I saw another teardown photos on a Russian website with DTM0660 chip
It's Accurate with good functions and ranges.
Just don't trust it for use on anything with high energy, such as mains supply, it really is very basic with nothing to limit the current etc should anything go wrong.
This is a very cheap multimeter.
It's my secound DMM for low voltage DC use only.
Yes,it's true. The Safety features of this DMM is very basic.
