Fluke 196C Battery charger BC190/808

Hello guys,

Today I measure the voltage of charger (21.2Vcc), with load and without load. But the nominal voltage for this charger is 17.8Vcc.

The scopemeter 196C works fine with this voltage, but that’s aren’t correct.

Could I use another charger like a notebook charger ? With same voltage 17.8vcc.
