Title: Fluke 289 Screen Problems

Good afternoon!   I have a Fluke 289 true RMS meter and am having a problems with the screens display.  The problem I am having is that the LCD seems to be damaged and useless at the moment.    I called fluke and they want $222.90 to repair this.  I know the part cost must be around 30 dollars.   Anyone have any suggestions?

Whats wrong with buying that $30 lcd ?

I can't find one!   I have no idea where to get one from!
