Fluke 5500a Calibrator repair, help with Fet or transistor IFC07703 ?
Trying to solve some issues with a Fluke 5500a Multi Calibrator.
Error codes on the A5 Impedance Synthesizer board:
1049 & 1051
Trying to find Fet part # IFC 07703 !! { listed as Q3 & Q4 in Fluke 5500a manual... no schematics either !! }
in a TO-92 plastic package, also can't find data sheets for this Fet or transistor !
