UNI-T 216C,BRYMEN BM037,AND KLEIN CL800???
« on: December 19, 2020, 05:30:23 pm »
So I think I narrowed down 3 clamp meters... the uni-t 216c, the brymen BM037, and the Klein cl800. If anyone has experience with any of these or even just a opinion I'd be extremely grateful! I'm looking to learn and I need/want a decent clamp meter. Hoping to be fairly accurate from the clamp for AC AND DC current down to 250 milliamps/.25 amps, safe, and reliable! THANK YOU TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME! this is only my 2nd post so hope I'm following any guidelines and posting correctly.

I do have a UT216C, it seems ok build quality, has some good functionality built into it for a general purpose clamp meter. I haven't tested it for accuracy, but if you don't hear from anyone else on here, I can tun it up on an injection test set and see what I get.

Some measurements for you on the UT216C. Current is from an injection test set with 0.15% accuracy.
