Fuses and Manual for FLUKE D804 Multimeter?
« on: October 11, 2022, 05:48:46 pm »
Does anyone happen to know a source for a manual for a FLUKE D804 Multimeter? I have searched and came up empty. Failing this anyone know the proper fuses for a D804? I have one that appears to be in great condition but Only has a large backup fuse that I think is a Bussman BBS-3?

My D804 When in the tone for continuity mode makes a constant noise and not sure its operating correctly.

It is such a unique and well made meter I would like to get it running to use when my cheapo auto ranging multimeter isnt readable.

Does the D804 reminds anyone else of the Alien movie aesthetics?

Welcome to the forum.

According to Dr Taylor, one of Fluke's design engineers in the '70 - '80s, the D804 was a variant of the D8024...

You can find the 8024 manual on ElektroTanya...

Hopefully that will give you what you need.

EDIT: Fluke have the 8024 (A and B variants) too... https://www.fluke.com/en-gb/support/manuals (leave off the 'D')
