Hi,
I just bought a FY3200S dual channel 24MHz sig gen from Feeltech and it works very well.
I have installed the interface software but it is in Chinese. I cannot for the life of me
switch it back to English nor can I find any other download either on the web or on the mini CD that
came with the device to get the English download. Can anyone help with this?

I would like to have a copy of the software. My FY3200S, 24MHz (approx. $80 at Banggood.com) arrived today with a small CD with various files on it. However, I could neither copy nor read the files because of the (assumed) Chinese characters in the file names. These names have one of more question marks on my Windows machine. I was able to find the users guide on the net and a driver on Windows was loaded for the device. However, I have been unable to find the software to be loaded on the PC. I assume it is the file named "FY3200???????? V2.2.exe" on the CD. Could someone please send me file with the invalid characters removed from the file name. I wrote to customer service at Banggood where I purchased the unit, but my success rates from China-based customer service departments are not good.

I was delighted to see that the version of the PC software is 2.2, and it is an English version! Now if I can just figure out how to use it. Short on instructions.

About a month ago I messaged FeelTech Technical Support off their website but had not heard anything . . . Evidently they were busy getting an "English" version ready . . .
I've been using my FeelTech FY3200S / FY3224S for a few months now & find it quite useful for a variety of tasks . . . It's Dual Outputs with it's Adjustable Phase Relationship functions work well & in general it's a Pretty Versatile Arbitrary Function Signal Generator . . . The Frequency Counter is a Plus . . . Amazing piece of Test Gear for < $80.

Is it not the software Wiesel linked to a couple of posts above yours?
