R&S CMU200 trying to update

I have a new to me Rohde&Schwarz CMU200 that is running V3.05. I am trying to update it to V5.22, it will load the update and restart.
Boot looks normal until it defaults to a DOS prompt C:\INTERNAL\LOGS>
I can set the default version back to V3.03 and it boots and operates normally.
Wondering if anyone has seen this.
Would like to update this unit but not a huge deal if I cannot.
Also, I have no FM modulation option on the RF Analyzer/Generator screen. Is this normal?

This thread may be helpful.  A lot depends on your installed hardware, but I ended up with FM Stereo signal capability on mine.

This unit is a low serial number, S/N 100286 so it might not be able to update to the latest version V5.22

Hello to all CMU200 device experts.
I have two cmu200s that differ in options and age, the younger one does not have two generators and does not have an audio option and does not have OCXO B11. The older one, better equipped, has Audio options, OCXO B11, and two RF generators.
My question is whether it is possible to replace the FRONT MODULE 1090.9244.XX. which is younger and put it in my older cmu200 but it is better equipped.
