Ballantine 6125B scope calibrator service info?
« on: October 18, 2017, 03:06:17 pm »
Hi,

I just scored a Ballantine 6125B amplitude and time calibrator. Looks like this is uncommon enough to not have any manuals or schematics available. Can anyone point me to service information?
I haven't looked into this deeply yet. First examinations shows that the marker generator part seems to be working, but the amplitude calibrator part gives no output at all, although it does indicate the percentage of deviation. The unit is quite complex, yet modular, with cards in the motherboard.

Thanks. This can give some hints, although the B unit looks sufficiently different from this.
