Title: GWinstek Marcom Tools - What are they?

I noticed a new MSO series firmware upgrade (1.36) on their site this morning. 

I also notice that they have for download something they named 'Marcom' tools.  Does anyone know what these are?  You need to be a VIP member to download them, whatever VIP member means.  Just wondering if I'm missing something interesting.

Is that area for resellers? Here's what I found about Marcom Tools -
