Title: GWInstek MSO series Cursor Enabling

Does anyone know whether it is possible to ONLY enable the Horiz Cursors for these scopes?  When I press the CURSOR button, the VERT cursors pop up and when I press CURSOR a second time, both the HORZ and VERT cursors appear.  I cannot seem to get just the HORZ to appear.  Is this the way the firmware is designed or am I missing something.

My MDO-2204EX works just like you are describing.
It's the way they are designed.

Thanks for the response.  Ok... 99% of the time I(we?) only use the VERT cursors anyway.

It seems most of the time people are using vertical cursors to measure horizontal things  :box:
I see what you mean though. It would be nicer to be able to switch off the horizontal cursors when you are only interested in amplitude (vertical) measurements.
