Long story short, Amazon in the US are selling a very, very cheap USB oscilloscope (EspoTek Labrador).

Specifically supports the following features:
- Oscilloscope (2 channel, 750ksps)
- Arbitrary Waveform Generator (2 channel, 1MSPS per channel)
- Power Supply (4.5 to 12V, 0.75W max output, with closed-loop feedback)
- Logic Analyzer (2 channel, 3MSPS per channel, with serial decoding)
- Multimeter (V/I/R/C)

Reviews have been mostly pretty good (but not perfect, to be fair).

Full disclosure - I developed this board but I am not the seller (so not the one making money here - don't worry Dave!).
Seems to be genuine old pandemic stock being liquidated by Jameco.
