Looking for a Manual for the DISA 55 M25 Linearizer

I recently got this, it is an unit to linearize sensor reponses. Originally used for anemometer measurements.
The unit is working well, I could bend sawtooth signals. But I have no idea what the settings supposed to do exactly.
Anyone got a manual for this exotic thing?
